GABAergic excitation promotes neuronal differentiation in adult hippocampal progenitor cells.

  • GABA系の興奮性入力により、progenitorが刺激され活性化すると、neurogenesisを引き起こすとともにこれが分化する。Diazepamによりnetworkの興奮性を抑えると、神経新生も抑えられた。神経活動とneurogenesisの関係について明らかになった。（幼弱細胞では細胞内Cl-濃度の関係で、GABA系が興奮性となる）
